Course certificate will be awarded upon completion of course and participant will have the distinction of being LPF Level 3 trained and the ability to sit for the internationally recognized LPF Certification didactic exam.

Learn Low Pressure Fitness Level 3 Hypopressives in this 15 hour HYBRID certification course.

The course is instructed by LPF Certified Coaches Alexa Marine, Low Pressure Fitness UK Director (Pedagoge and Fitness specialist) and Becky Keller, PT, PRPC.

This course focuses on the theoretical and practical application of LPF hypopressives, with immediate feedback and correction of Level 3 technical principles and postures.

Theory Lectures are pre-recorded (immediate access after purchasing the training, in addition to all theoretical content in PDF format) by Founder Dr. Tamara Rial and discuss the LPF session planning: nervous system, neurodynamics, myofascial slings and muscular chains and preparation for LPF-CERT exam.

⚠️ Zoom link will be provided and can join remotely. Either option will provide immediate live feedback for learning the technique and practice.
