Theory Lectures are pre-recorded by Founder Dr. Tamara Rial. You will have access to all the theoretical content immediately after reserving your place!

Pre-requisite: This Bundle option gives you everything you need to start with LPF hypopressives and work toward becoming a Certified Low Pressure Fitness Trainer and using this revolutionary technique in your practice and with your clients. Exam fee will be waived if you choose this option to receive the distinguished international certification of LPF-CT.

Course certificate will be awarded upon completion of course.

COURSE CONTENTS

Level 1: After the Level 1 course, the professional will be confident to utilize the concepts to teach beginner Hypopressives classes or use the skills to treat patients in the clinic.

• LPF Level 1 introduces the professional to the Hypopressives
• Breathing and Apnea
• LPF Postural fundamentals
• Level 1 assessment and the stationary Goddess Poses.

 

Level 2: The professional will be confident to utilize the concepts to teach Intermediate Hypopressives classes or use the skills to treat patients in the clinic.

• LPF Level 2 deepens the professional’s knowledge of Hypopressives
• Breathing and Apnea
• Progresses the LPF Goddess poses to the dynamic sequence.
• New Poses are added and assessment of breathing is instructed.

 

Level 3: This course adds the myofascial and neurodynamic principles of LPF into the Level 3 Goddess poses. After this course, the professional will be prepared to sit for the online certification exam administered on the Low Pressure Fitness International

• LPF Level 3 is the final course in the certification series.

Our cancellation policy is that only 50% of the payment will be refunded. This is because the educational materials—which account for 50% of the course—are delivered upon payment. Alternatively, this amount can be credited toward a future course.

To receive the bundle package pricing (LEVEL 1,2 &3), enrollee must attend the courses on the indicated dates, if student needs to change to a course at a later date, then will be subject to a change fee of $85
